Key responsibilities

The Officer – Marketing Photographer and Videographer will:

  • Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos that bring students’ stories to life, including content from school events, special visits and excursions.
  • Support other departments with multimedia requirements, including filming interviews, editing footage and collaborating on creative projects.
  • Organize and label digital content carefully, ensuring all materials are properly filed and shared on time.
  • Maintain photography equipment responsibly, track its usage and follow school procedures for safe handling.
  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing team to meet deadlines, exchange ideas and improve the organization’s visual communication materials.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants should have:

  • A minimum of a diploma in Photography and Videography, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Practical experience in digital photography, videography and multimedia production.
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Media Encoder, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition, Final Cut and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
