Key Responsibilities:
• Managing front desk operations and welcoming clients.
• Handling calls, correspondence, and office inquiries.
• Maintaining office records and supporting administrative tasks.
• Assisting with scheduling and office coordination.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good organizational ability.
• Previous experience in administration or reception (law firm experience is an added advantage).
