Nursing Officer

Job Description:
The Nursing Officer will provide professional nursing services to patients across the hospital, ensuring safe, compassionate, and effective care. The position requires close collaboration with medical staff and other healthcare professionals in assessing patients, implementing treatment plans, and monitoring recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and provide appropriate nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescriptions.
• Monitor patients' progress and report changes promptly.
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records.
• Provide health education and counselling to patients and families.
• Maintain proper infection prevention and control standards.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
