Job Summary.

Responsible for managing and controlling non-finished products (work-in-progress materials) in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage, timely issuance, and smooth coordination with production departments.

Job Responsibilities.

  • 1. Keep the accounts in your area consistent with the actual stock.
  • 2. Check the safety of goods in the storage area to make sure there are no hazards. For example, make sure glass is stored at the right angle so it won’t fall.
  • 3. Supervise picking and outbound operations to ensure forklift drivers pick the correct materials from the correct locations.
  • 4. Make sure the glass received in your area is placed in the right positions and check for any damage during in and out movements.
  • 5. Keep your area organized and clean.
  • 6. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are followed where applicable.
  • 7. Investigate and report inventory,discrepancies,damages, or losses

Qualifications:

  • 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related field.
  • 2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management in manufacturing industry
  • 3. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse management systems.
  • 4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
