Job overview
The Ng’ara Graduate Program is a structured career development initiative that equips fresh graduates with practical workplace experience, professional skills and industry exposure within the banking sector.
Through hands-on rotations, mentorship and targeted training, participants will build the competencies needed to launch successful careers in financial services.
Responsibilities
Participants will be expected to:
- Undertake structured rotations across designated banking functions to build cross-functional knowledge.
- Complete assigned learning modules, assessments and on-the-job training activities.
- Work closely with assigned mentors and supervisors to develop professional competencies.
- Contribute to team projects and assignments by applying academic knowledge to real business challenges.
- Uphold the bank’s policies, procedures and code of conduct at all times.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be fresh graduates from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance.
- Be passionate about building a career in the banking and financial services industry.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be willing to learn, adaptable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
