Job Description
A confidential executive search is underway for a highly experienced National Seed Sales & Marketing Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, and strengthening customer relationships within the seed and agribusiness sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies for seed products.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage distributor networks and key customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead business development and key account management activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support brand positioning and market penetration efforts.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in seed sales and marketing.
- Strong background in agribusiness and agricultural inputs.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development and key account management.
- Experience managing national sales operations and distributor networks.
- Strong track record of achieving sales growth and market expansion objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Extensive knowledge of the agricultural and seed industry.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Strong leadership and relationship-management capabilities.
