  • A highly motivated Music Teacher with excellent attention to detail who loves working with students and can lead practical music sessions.
  • Skilled in preparing lesson plans, organizing musical performances, and managing classroom resources effectively.

  • Confident in using technology and software to enhance music education, manage resources, and organize school performances.

What we are looking for

  • A Tanzanian who holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Music, Arts and Design, Theater, Traditional Music, or a related field.
  • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited higher learning institution within East Africa and have excellent academic performance records.
  • A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a secondary school or an institution that teaches music.
  • Passion for music education and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, which is used as the medium of instruction.
  • A well-rounded, independent, and mature individual with diverse knowledge of the NECTA curriculum.
  • Someone who observes ethical standards and demonstrates professionalism in their approach and standard of work.
  • An individual who can adapt to the school’s diverse policies and procedures, including working over weekends when required.
  • Competent female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
