Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, or related fields.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Implementation: Execute merchant onboarding strategies using direct and partnership-driven approaches to meet growth targets.
  2. Market Research: Identify untapped opportunities and tailor acquisition efforts to high-potential regions and industries.
  3. Training & Adoption: Develop training programs to help merchants maximize the Lipa Kwa Simu platform’s benefits.
  4. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate onboarding channel success and guide strategy adjustments.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants across market verticals to expand networks.
  6. Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to assess campaign performance, refine tactics, and improve acquisition efficiency.

  • Deep knowledge of merchant payment business.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership in managing and optimizing field teams.
  • Innovative and business-savvy mindset.
