JOB DETAILS:

Role Purpose:

To recruit new members and support the growth of the Tanzanite CEOs Round Table network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit new eligible members for the Dar es Salaam Chapter
• Promote the organization’s vision, mission, and membership value proposition
• Follow up on prospective members and manage membership leads
• Maintain an updated membership database
• Support membership onboarding processes
• Collaborate with the team during networking events and meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, membership recruitment, or customer relations is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Professional conduct and ability to engage senior executives
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills

Work Hours: 8
