JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Required: VETA Certification
- Mandatory: 4-5 years’ experience in the Cement Industry
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong leadership and communication
- Cement plant maintenance (Crusher, YRM, Kiln, Ball Mill, Packing)
- Troubleshooting compressors, bag filters, belts, chains
- Lubricant selection & fitment knowledge
- Shutdown/major maintenance experience
- Predictive & preventive maintenance
- HSE procedures and legal knowledge
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safe execution of all maintenance & inspections
- Prepare daily reports & coordinate with department heads
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts
- Supervise junior technicians
- Maintain good housekeeping
