JOB DETAILS:

Background

We are seeking motivated and qualified individuals to join our growing team in the following positions:

Responsibilities

• Source maize (mahindi) and soybean materials directly from farms or local suppliers
• Identify and engage reliable supply sources within assigned regions
• Coordinate and manage transporters, including risk management
• Assess and verify material quality using basic inspection methods

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local material sourcing areas is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of quality control for agricultural products
• Strong communication skills (Swahili and/or English)
• Self-driven with a strong desire for long-term career growth
• Relevant experience is an added advantage
• Age and gender: Open to all

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus attractive performance-based bonuses

Start Date

Immediate (upon successful interview)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24
