Job Overview:

To receive, store, and issue materials, parts, and supplies for the assembly line, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient workflow by managing stock in the warehouse and production area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and parts.
• Pick, issue, and deliver materials to the assembly line as per work orders.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and clean storage areas (warehouse, shelves, bins).
• Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
• Prepare and pack finished goods for shipment.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols for handling materials and operating equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Stores Management, or related field. VETA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a material handler or storekeeper in a manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification is highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
