Marketing & Sales Intern- 2 posts (Individual loans and car loans)
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for loan products, especially car loans, to drive client acquisition and loan disbursements.
- Convert leads generated from campaigns into actual sales, ensuring loan targets are achieved.
Digital & Social Media Marketing for Sales
- Execute campaigns across social media, email, online advertising, and website platforms to generate and convert leads into borrowers.
- Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and sales impact.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to improve lead generation and conversion.
Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Develop engaging, accurate, and compliant content for digital, social media, and offline channels that promotes loan products and drives sales.
- Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and marketing materials using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents).
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, values, and regulatory compliance while supporting sales objectives.
Market Research & Sales Insights
- Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Analyze campaign and sales data to produce actionable insights for sales strategy optimization.
Event & Partnership Coordination for Sales Growth
- Organize promotional events and build partnerships with car dealers, agents, and community stakeholders to drive loan sales.
- Strengthen relationships to generate leads and facilitate successful loan closures.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with microfinance regulations, internal policies, and consumer protection guidelines.
- Maintain ethical standards while maximizing sales and client acquisition.
Key Requirements and Skill
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
