Responsibilities

• Promote automotive products and services in assigned market areas.
• Support sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Assist in product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure proper display and availability of products at dealer locations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Address basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when required.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field operations (automotive preferred).
• Basic understanding of automotive products and market trends.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).
