POSITION: MARKETING OFFICERS – 5 POSITIONS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Acquisition & Sales: Actively promote and sell PFL products to achieve assigned targets.

Field Mobilization: Conduct community visits, group meetings, and grassroots marketing to identify potential clients.

Market Analysis: Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve product offerings.

Brand Promotion: Manage advertising, and marketing materials (posters, flyers) to ensure a positive brand image.

Loan Processing Support: Assist in client appraisal, evaluation of business potential, and loan processing, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly marketing reports on progress, expenses, and promotional activities.

Event Management: Coordinate and support promotional events, community outreach, and CSR initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Banking, Financial Management, Development Finance and Investment Planning, Microfinance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration majoring in Finance, Banking, Microfinance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. With at least two years’ experience in Microfinance Activities.
