Role Overview:

The Marketing Designer translates our brand identity into stunning visuals. Unlike a Product Designer, you focus on conversion: ads, landing pages, social assets, and sales decks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create visually compelling landing pages and microsites.
• Design sales decks, case studies, and one-pagers for the Sales team.
• Maintain brand consistency across all external touchpoints.
• Create motion graphics/animations for social media.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a design agency or startup.
• Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and After Effects.
• Portfolio showcasing ad creative and conversion-focused design.
• Understanding of marketing psychology (color theory, CTA placement).
