Role Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is the engine of the marketing department, responsible for the execution of day-to-day marketing activities. This role coordinates campaigns, manages the content calendar, assists with event logistics, and ensures brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Content Coordination: Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate content creation (blogs, whitepapers, social posts) with internal teams or external agencies, and ensure timely publication.

Social Media: Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram). Monitor engagement and assist with community management.

Event Support: Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, and corporate events, including venue booking, material preparation, and post-event follow-up.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors (printers, promotional item suppliers, digital agencies) and process purchase orders and invoices.

Analytics: Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement).

Administrative Support: Maintain marketing databases, manage inventory of promotional materials, and provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role (internships included).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite preferred). Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/HubSpot) is a plus.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive attitude.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for event support.
