Job Summary:

The Mall Operations Officer ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the mall. This role acts as a liaison between tenants, customers, and internal departments to ensure a safe, clean, and profitable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily mall operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns, operational issues, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Security, and Housekeeping teams.
• Implement operational procedures for mall events, promotions, and emergency situations.
• Monitor utility consumption and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Prepare incident reports and operational logs.
• Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail or property operations.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
