  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict electrical safety protocols, permit-to-work systems, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and safe disposal of electronic/battery waste.

3. Productive Solar Systems & Technical Projects

  • Surveys & Design: Support site energy assessments, load surveys, and system sizing (panels, inverters, batteries) for institutional and residential productive solar installations.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Participate in the installation, quality inspection, testing, and commissioning of independent solar inverter systems.

4. Performance Metrics & Team Leadership

  • Technician Supervision: Audit field work quality, track performance KPIs (resolution times, repeat fault rates, safety compliance), and recommend refresher trainings.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key operational metrics (system uptime, spare parts consumption, downtime) and submit analytical performance reports to management.
