Machine Operators (6 Positions)
Department: Production/Manufacturing
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring performance, and performing routine maintenance to ensure continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Record production data and downtime incidents.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine operation.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and attention to safety.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
