Position Summary

Ten Ventures is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a fast-growing team based in Dar es Salaam.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the logistics industry or a manufacturing environment, with strong coordination and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including dispatch, routing, and deliveries
• Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in logistics or manufacturing
• Strong computer skills; ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
