What You’ll Do

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements
• Support procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and supplier follow-ups
• Assist in tracking orders, deliveries, and logistics activities
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and stock reconciliation
• Maintain supply chain records, reports, and documentation
• Assist with data analysis and preparation of supply chain performance reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and parts
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
