We are looking for energetic, trustworthy, and result-oriented ladies to join our team as Loan Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and recruiting potential loan clients
• Marketing company loan products and services
• Conducting client assessments and loan appraisals
• Following up on loan repayments and collections
• Building and maintaining good customer relationships
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in microfinance, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Honest, self-motivated, and hardworking

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
