Role Context

We are seeking to hire ten (10) qualified individuals to join our team as Loan Officers.

Responsibilities

The Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing loan applications, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in microfinance, banking, or lending services is an added advantage. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and professionalism are essential. The ability to work under pressure and meet targets, good knowledge of credit risk analysis, and basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.) are also required. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are necessary.
