Job Description
JJ Mara FastCash is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Loan Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
