LOAN OFFICER (7 POSITIONS)

MICROFINANCE | DAR ES SALAAM

Responsibilities

  • Identify & attract potential clients by promoting loan products & financial services.
  • Receive, review, & process loan applications while ensuring all required documents are complete.
  • Conduct client interviews & assess creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility.
  • Analyze clients' financial information & provide accurate loan recommendations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular client follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, & use Microsoft Office tools for documentation & data management.

  • Strong sales & marketing skills with the ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent customer care & communication skills.
  • Ability to assess clients' creditworthiness & analyze loan applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
