JOB DETAILS:
The Legal Officer will provide legal advice, handle company legal matters, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company in legal matters when required.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal advisory services to management.
- Handle dispute resolution and risk management matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- Must be a Registered Advocate.
- 2–3 years of relevant legal practice experience.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
