Job Summary:

The Leasing Officer serves as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants. This role involves showing available spaces, processing applications, and facilitating the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and property tours for potential lessees.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare and issue Lease Proposal Forms and Letters of Offer.
• Process tenant applications and coordinate credit/background checks.
• Assist the Leasing Manager in negotiating terms.
• Maintain the database of available spaces and lease schedules.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is complete and filed accurately.
• Coordinate tenant move-in processes with operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or real estate.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
