JOB DETAILS:

The Chuo cha Mipango ya Maendeleo Vijijini (IRDP) is seeking to fill two positions for Assistant Lecturers in Land Management and Valuation. This role is crucial for developing future professionals in land management and valuation, contributing to the institute's educational mission.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To teach up to NTA level 8 (Bachelor’s Degree);
• To prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises;
• To conduct research, seminars and case studies;
• To carry out consultancy and community services under supervision;
• To supervise students’ projects;
• To prepare teaching manual; and
• To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Holder of Master Degree and Bachelor Degree in Land Valuation or Land Management and Valuation.
• The candidate must have a GPA of at least 3.5 out of 5 in Bachelor Degree and 3.8 in Master Degree.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
