We are seeking a Lake Zone Sales Manager whose purpose is to establish our Brand as the dominant beverage brand in Lake Victoria's commercial hub while unlocking volume in mining communities and managing complex lake logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for three distinct sub-markets: urban Mwanza, mining sector (Geita), Kigoma and lake distribution network
• Design and optimize the lake distribution model for island and shoreline communities
• Build relationships with mining camp suppliers and premium outlets in mining towns
• Manage the highest truck-to-market ratio in the company with a focus on logistics efficiency
• Achieve volume & Revenue targets while managing extended credit cycles common in wholesale trade
• Lead team capable of operating in both urban competitive and remote challenging environments
• Pioneer cross-lake trade opportunities with neighboring countries

Requirements

• 5+ years FMCG experience in Western or Lake Zone, Tanzania
• Proven success in managing complex distribution logistics
• Experience in the mining sector supply chains is advantageous
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams across vast geographic areas
• Fluency in local languages (Sukuma, Haya)- Value additional to the candidate.
• Active Driving Licence
