Descriptions
We are seeking a person to secure and grow our business with national and regional modern trade chains while developing brand marketing strategies that drive consumer demand across all clusters.
Responsibilities
Key Accounts.
Lead negotiations with national retail chains; develop joint business plans; manage national contracts; achieve listing, visibility, and promotion objectives in modern trade
Marketing Strategy.
Develop annual marketing calendar; manage & allocate marketing budget across clusters; measure campaign ROI; coordinate with BTL and promotions teams
Cluster Support.
Work with cluster managers to tailor national programs to local realities; provide negotiation support for regional chains
Competitive Intelligence.
Monitor competitor activities in modern trade and marketing; recommend counter-strategies
Team Leadership
Manage BTL Coordinator and Promotions Coordinator
Requirements
- 3+ years FMCG experience with 2+ years in modern trade/key account management
- Proven track record of negotiating with major retailers
- Marketing campaign development and management experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel 40% time nationally
- Active Driving License
