IRRIGATION SUPERVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities of the irrigation technical team.
- Assist the Irrigation Engineer in preparing irrigation and fertigation programs as instructed.
- Set targets and effectively work to achieve them.
- Participate in various field activities within the zone in coordination with Block Supervisors.
- Lead inspection of irrigation systems as per the provided schedule.
- Oversee maintenance programs as per the provided schedule.
- Maintain continuous focus on safety and injury prevention.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Diploma in Irrigation and Water Resource Engineering, Civil and Irrigation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Three (3) years of experience in an irrigation project, preferably in the sugar industry (added advantage).
