MKULAZI ESTATE

Irrigation Headmen / Headwomen – 11 Positions

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of irrigation workers.
• Allocate duties and ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
• Monitor employee attendance and discipline.
• Ensure proper use of work equipment.
• Report work progress to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Form Four education.
• Experience supervising farm workers will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and capable of making sound decisions.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be physically fit and able to work.
• Must demonstrate discipline, integrity, and willingness to follow company procedures.
• Must be willing to work on the farm throughout the production season.
