The leadership of UWASHAMIMBI is announcing to Tanzanians with qualifications and ability to apply for job positions for the farming season of production year 2026/2027 in the sugarcane farm activities at Mbigiri. Applicants are required to be honest, disciplined, in good health and ready to work in accordance with company procedures.

Responsibilities or duties

• Supervising daily activities of workers under them.
• Assigning work and ensuring work is done efficiently and on time.
• Overseeing attendance and discipline of workers.
• Ensuring proper use of work equipment.
• Providing progress reports to the supervisor.
• Ensuring workers adhere to health and safety regulations at the workplace.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Education of at least Form Four.
• Must have good leadership and communication skills.
• Must be honest, disciplined and capable of making decisions.

Experience needed

• Experience in supervising farm workers will be an advantage.

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be in good health and capable of working.
• Must be disciplined, honest and ready to work in accordance with company procedures.
• Must be ready to work in farm environments for the entire production season.
