Invitation for Bids
1. Introduction:
FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania Limited (FINCA TZ) is a licensed deposit-taking microfinance bank regulated by the Central Bank of Tanzania. It is part of the FINCA Impact Finance (FIF) global network, which comprises 20 microfinance institutions and banks dedicated to providing socially responsible financial services to enable low-income individuals and communities to invest in their futures.

The bank extends an invitation to suppliers of goods and services to submit sealed bids for various tenders.
2. Tender Opportunities:
Bids are invited for the following tender opportunities:
23. Construction and Refurbishment /Repair of branches
3. Biding Instructions and Conditions:
i. If submitting more than one bid, ensure each bid is in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and description of the tender.
ii. All current vendors and service providers are encouraged to apply.
iii. The bid document must include:
a) Application letter
b) Company of company profile, physical address and contact
c) Legal registration / trading documents (TIN Certificates, VRN Certificate, Tax Clearance, Current Business License, etc.)
d) Copy of audit report (where applicable),
e) Company experience in related field
f) Personnel capabilities in the relevant field (where applicable)
iv. Bidder will be selected and pre-qualified based on meeting requirements, experience, financial capacity, technical competence, ability to meet current and future demand, warrant validity, manufacturer's authorization and after sale services.
v. Interested applicants must submit their proposals (hard copies) by 04.00pm on Monday October 23, 2023, at the head Office of FINCA TZ, located on 8th floor of TAN House Building, Victoria area, Bagamoyo Road, Dares Salaam.
vi. Expression of interest, along with the listed documents should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope, prominently marked with the tender number and description, and addressed to:

4. Important Notice:
