Epic Jobs is recruiting 10 In-Store Sales Assistants on behalf of a leading clothing retail company in Dar es Salaam. This opportunity is ideal for energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individuals who are passionate about retail and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable clothing and fashion products.
• Provide accurate product information, including features, sizes, prices, and ongoing promotions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process cash, mobile money, and card payments accurately using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain attractive product displays, arrange merchandise, and replenish stock.
• Receive, label, and organize newly delivered stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Support store marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare daily sales, reconciliation, and variance reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a retail store, preferably in clothing, fashion, sportswear, or related products.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Kiswahili and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Energetic, presentable, and sales-oriented personality.
• Trustworthy with reliable referees or guarantors.
