IT System Support Engineer
What We're Looking For:
• A candidate with a Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
• Experience in IT systems support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, operating systems, and hardware
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
What You'll Be Doing:
• Install and configure client computers and servers
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests
• Diagnose system, software, network, and hardware issues
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Follow up with clients after troubleshooting
• Repair and maintain IT equipment and systems
