Africab Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead and oversee all technology-related operations within the organization. As one of the region’s rapidly expanding companies, we rely on advanced digital systems, secure networks, and optimized technological processes to power our manufacturing, logistics, and administrative operations. This full-time leadership role requires a strategic professional who can guide the IT department, maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks, and drive the company’s digital transformation agenda.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee IT personnel and departmental operations.
- Expertise in network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN) and advanced system security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; plus virtualization technologies.
- Ability to design and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
- Proficiency in IT budgeting, procurement, and long-term technology strategy planning.
- Relevant IT certifications preferred (CISSP, CCNA, PMP, CISM, or equivalent).
- Skilled in hardware/software troubleshooting, server management, and ERP system support.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
- Age limit up to 40 years with the ability to join within 45 days.
