United Group Limited is looking for an experienced IT professional with expertise in both technology management and CCTV systems to join its team in Zanzibar, Tanzania. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ensuring smooth operations, security, and system reliability.
Position Details
- Position: IT & CCTV Systems Supervisor
- Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities
IT Management
- Plan, implement, and manage IT systems, networks, and software.
- Maintain hardware, servers, and computer systems for uptime and reliability.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, budgets, security protocols, and backup procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
CCTV Management
- Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Ensure proper monitoring, storage, and retrieval of footage.
- Oversee system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and incident reporting.
Leadership & Administration
- Supervise, train, and manage the IT team.
- Develop operational plans, schedules, and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management and CCTV/security systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, IP cameras, and surveillance technologies.
- Excellent supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills.
