Role Overview

We are looking for an IT, System & Data Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will maintain our IT systems, optimize our supply chain software, and turn data into actionable insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency in our trade networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Trade Analytics: Analyze crop purchasing, inventory, logistics, and trading data to generate daily/weekly reports for decision-making.
• System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize hardware, software, network systems, and digital inventory/tracking tools used across our operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks and implement tech-driven solutions to streamline farmer-to-market logistics.
• Database & Security Management: Ensure company data, database records, and trade transaction logs are securely managed and backed up.
• Tech Support & Training: Provide technical troubleshooting and training to operational teams and field staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, System Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system administration, database management, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or Python/R).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate operational data into meaningful insights for management.
• Experience in agriculture, supply chain, or logistics tech solutions is an added advantage.
