JOB DETAILS:

The College of Business Education (CBE) is seeking to fill the position of ICT Officer II, specializing in Web Master/Web Developer roles. This is a crucial position within the institution, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the college's online presence. The role involves a variety of technical duties to ensure the smooth operation and security of the college website and related infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To test web pages;
• To update and manage web site;
• To manage web server;
• To implement security policy for web site; and
• To support end users; and
• To perform any other related duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics or equivalent computer qualifications from recognized institutions.

The successful candidate will be employed on a one (1) year contract basis.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree

Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced level education should be verified by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA).

Professional certificates from Foreign Universities and other training institutions should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) and National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).

Only short-listed candidates will be informed on the date of interview.

Presentation of forged certificates and other information will necessitate legal action.
