Responsibilities or duties
- Assist with routine personnel and administrative functions.
- Support recruitment of project personnel.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Assist in validating staff payroll.
- Prepare appointment letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate staff training and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, institutional policies, and donor requirements.
- Assist in monitoring staff performance against project objectives.
Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resources Planning and Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration (HRM), or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience needed
- At least two years of experience in an administrative role within NIMR projects.

- Demonstrated commitment to excellence, innovation, teamwork, and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
