About the Role
Onfon Microfinance is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer (HR) to join its team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
This is a re-advertisement for the position of Human Resources Officer (HR).
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance management support, staff development initiatives, and employee relations.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Handling employee relations and providing HR guidance to staff.
Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in Human Resources.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
