JOB DETAILS:

Fabec Investment Limited is recruiting a Human Resources Officer to support its Aggregate Screening and Crushing Operations at the GGM site in Geita, Tanzania.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding and staff inductions.
• Maintain employee files, HR databases, leave records, and attendance records.
• Support monthly payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and disciplinary hearings.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and statutory requirements, including NSSF and WCF.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in human resources, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws.
• High levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel to company sites.
