Background
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will lead our human resources department, ensuring that all personnel practices align with our mission of rescuing street children, providing safe shelter, educating them, and reuniting them with families. The position is based in Kilimanjaro, Moshi.
Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing staff relations, and enforcing organizational policies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess HR leadership experience, knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws, staff management capabilities, and experience in overseeing administrative functions. A commitment to child protection is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, are required. A Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is necessary. Proven experience in policy implementation and employee relations, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills, is also required.
