  • Description:
    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with the bank’s objectives. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include:
    • Partnering with leaders to drive HR initiatives like talent acquisition and succession planning.
    • Supporting organizational change and transformation.
    • Analyzing HR metrics for actionable insights.
    • Handling employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
    • Facilitating performance reviews and fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategies.
  • Capabilities & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification like CIPD/SHRM is a plus).
    • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role, preferably in banking.
    • Strong knowledge of banking operations, employment law, and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Required Competencies:
    • Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Coaching, Confidentiality.
