Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll support, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role aims to promote a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

Qualifications or requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Human Resource Management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good report writing and documentation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience needed
