Responsibilities or duties

1. Oversee daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as the maintenance of employee records.

2. Facilitate local recruitment initiatives, liaise with various sourcing channels, schedule interviews, and monitor the progress of the hiring process.

3. Oversee attendance management, leave administration, overtime tracking, and the maintenance of core human resources data.

4. Provide support for salary accounting and ensure adherence to local compliance requirements, including NSSF, NHIF, WCF, and related regulations.

5. Facilitate the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to Tanzanian labour laws.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

1. Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources.

2. A minimum of three years’ experience in human resources or administration is required. Prior experience working with Chinese enterprises is highly desirable.

3. Knowledgeable in Tanzanian labour laws and local employment regulations.

4. Proficiency in English for workplace communication is essential; fundamental computer skills are also required.

5. A strong sense of responsibility possesses excellent communication skills and consistently maintains attention to detail with a keen awareness of confidentiality.
