Position Summary
- The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will manage and deliver comprehensive human resource services across Coretax Africa while supporting business objectives through effective people strategies, employee engagement, talent management, and operational excellence.
- The role requires a strong HR generalist background, sound knowledge of employment practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to provide practical HR solutions.
- The HRBP will manage the employee lifecycle and supervise the Office Administrator to ensure effective administrative support and a professional workplace environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
- CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
- **4–8 years of relevant HR experience**, preferably within professional services, consulting, or corporate environments.
- Demonstrated experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian employment laws and HR regulatory requirements.
- Experience supervising administrative or support staff is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic HR support.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential employee matters.

- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and employee exits.
- Lead recruitment activities, including job descriptions, advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems.
- Advise management and employees on employment matters and workplace policies.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
- Support performance management, goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training programmes.
- Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, medical insurance, leave, and employee welfare.
- Coordinate payroll processes and statutory deductions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
- Support organisational development, culture-building, engagement surveys, and change management.
- Support HR projects, policies, employee welfare initiatives, and process improvements.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Office Administrator.
- Ensure effective coordination between HR and administration functions.
- Represent the HR function in internal meetings and employee forums.
