Role Summary:
Prepare hot appetizers, mains, sauces, and soups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cooking for breakfast, lunch, dinner à la carte or buffet.
- Ensure proper seasoning, plating, temperature.
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, flattops safely.
- Follow recipes and portion control.
- Coordinate with cold kitchen and pastry sections.
Requirements:
Culinary certificate; 2 years hot line experience; hygiene certified.
